Chaque moyeu de montagne Classic est fabriqué du début à la fin dans notre atelier d'usinage d'Asheville, en Caroline du Nord. Qu'il s'agisse du tournage et du fraisage de l'aluminium 7075-T6 pour les coquilles, les axes et les capots, de la découpe par électroérosion à fil de l'acier à outils A2 pour les cliquets et les entraînements, ou de notre propre laboratoire d'anodisation, chaque étape de la conception, de l'ingénierie, de la fabrication et de l'assemblage est réalisée dans nos locaux selon nos normes les plus strictes. Les moyeux de montagne Hydra Classic sont dotés de caractéristiques que tous les cyclistes apprécieront, telles que l'engagement révolutionnaire de 0,52°, des poids généreusement réduits et une disposition intuitive qui peut être entretenue sans aucun outil spécifique. Notre gamme propose un univers d'options standard en termes d'adaptation de l'axe, de perçage des rayons, de montage des disques, de corps de moyeu libre et de couleurs.
