Le matériel interne (du bout des orteils à la hauteur de la cheville) a été modifié. Dans le but d'éliminer l'humidité le plus possible qui souvent est à l'origine des engelures aux pieds, nous avons remplacé le micro molleton par un matériel plus respirant et qui s'assèche rapidement. Le confortable micro molleton est toujours utilisé au haut de la botte. Nous avons aussi modifié la conception de la zone qui recouvre les orteils pour maximiser encore plus le confort et éloigner le plus possible les orteils des froides couches de matériels externes. Toujours de loin la chaussure la plus légère de l’industrie, la QUILO offre un indice de protection au froid élevé.
